In 1993, brothers Livio and Paolo Crepaz opened Le Giare in the heart of Pozza di Fassa. In a short time, the pizzeria became a landmark for the local people. Thanks to the Crepaz brothers’ passion, Le Giare has continued to grow steadily. The menus are regularly updated with dishes and pizzas that revisit traditional Val di Fassa flavours in an innovative way, combining them with classic Italian cuisine. To ensure dishes are always of the highest quality, the two brothers are committed to using top-quality or organic ingredients, and have obtained Ecoristorazione Trentino certification. In addition, they have developed a growing selection of dishes for people with food intolerances, using gluten-free ingredients.
